Jennifer Looney's e-Portfolio

Growing up my parents did not push me into a certain career or told me I had to follow in their foot steps. They simply told me to do what I love.   It took my awhile to admit it but I love food! I like how what you eat influence your health, well-being and quality of life.

Nutrition is not just a job for me but part of who I am! I'm not one of those people who eats to live,     I live to eat!

 I am currently a Graduate student at Framingham State University. I completed the Coordinated Dietetics Program and editable to take the R.D. exam in July 2011. 

I have put together this portfolio to showcase my work I have completed throughout my Framingham State career. I have learned a great deal in many nutrition areas such as food service, medical nutrition therapy, and community nutrition. In this e-portfolio you will find a collection of work involving all fields.

My professional goals include becoming a licensed dietitian in MA. I want to start my career as an inpatient dietitian and become certified in nutrition support. In the future I see myself working with the community and eventually starting my own practice possibility focusing on pediatrics.
